Diamond Jewelry Retailer Unveils Fall Ad Campaign

19 september 2012

Kwiat, the diamond jewelry retailer, unveiled its new advertising campaign for 2013 which will be launched in the premiere issue of Du Jour fashion magazine, according to a report in Diamond Intelligence cited by
The first edition of Du Jour is expected to hit newsstands this coming fall. The company hired Holly Houk, a celebrated artist, to pain a number of vintage-style, blue-tinted watercolor works which employ mixed media technology.
The campaign will include paintings that highlight diamond jewelry as sported by an illustrated model depicted to be wearing the gems on items such as handbags, shawls, belts, and headpieces.
Kwiat will also commission advertisements to run in luxury and fashion magazines, among them W, Martha Stewart Weddings, The New York Times, and others, according to Diamond Intelligence.
"In developing this campaign, our goal was to move in a direction away from the crowded arena of the ‘lifestyle campaign' and to bring a fresh and original approach,” the company said in a statement.
