Alexey Kudrin, Vice Premier and Finance Minister of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Shtyrov, President of Yakutia and Sergey Vybornov, President of ALROSA have been again slated to the Supervisory Board of the diamond company to be elected at the shareholders’ annual meeting on June 20, as Rough&Polished was informed by the company.
Besides, some former members of the board have also been nominated to its new body, including Alexander Akhpolov, Director of the Administrative Department of the Finance Ministry, Yegor Borisov, Chairman of the Yakutia Government, his first deputy Gennadi Alexeyev, Aisen Nikolayev, heading the Administration of the Yakutia President and Government, Victor Yefimov, Minister of Property Relations of Yakutia as well as Ivan Demyanov, Vice President of ALROSA.
The new candidates from Yakutia are Alexey Golubenko, Minister of Industry, Vadim Novikov, Minister of Finance, while ALROSA nominated Yuri Doinikov, First Vice President, and Valentina Potrubeiko, Vice President.
The list of candidates also includes Sergey Dubinin, Member of the Board of Directors, VTB Capital, and Fedor Andreyev, Senior Vice President, Russian Railways.
