AGD DIAMONDS JSC achieves its diamond output target for 2019

On December 25, 2019, the concentration plant of the company’s Grib Mining and Processing Division has successfully fulfilled its annual production plan recovering 4.744 million carats of diamonds. AGD DIAMONDS announced this in a press release received by Rough&Polished.

It is expected that the Grib Mining and Processing Division will produce 4.843 million carats of diamonds in 2019. It is noteworthy that AGD DIAMONDS recovered a diamond weighing 199.43 carats on December 17, 2019, which was the fourteenth unique stone produced by the company (of all its gem-quality diamonds weighing more than 50 carats) at the Vladimir Grib diamond field.
