The conference addressed the issues of jewellery macro trends as a tool for the formation of the stock; manager’s psychological literacy and its role in achieving key business goals; a step-by-step algorithm to introduce digital jewellery sales tools in the era of social networks and messengers. During the event, the Kanban management method was explained, as well as the peculiarities of working in a shopping center — risks and benefits.
The participants of the conference could attend three halls: Management and Retail, Personal Efficiency, Sales.
