Taché and Samir Gems bought «The Rose of Kao»

Taché Company and Samir Gems have announced the joint purchase of «The Rose of Kao» diamond mined in Lesotho.
The 29.59 cts fancy pink diamond was bought for an undisclosed sum.

However Namakwa Diamonds, which mined the stone, will keep an ownership percentage in the diamond. 
According to the note from the companies, Taché and Samir Gems have already had successful experience of such collaborations with miners. 
Namakwa Diamonds develops its fully owned KAO mine in Lesotho, known for the production of pink and fancy coloured diamonds.
