India's GJEPC showcases 50-strong contingent at Jewellery Arabia this month

The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council is organizing India Pavilion featuring leading names from the Indian gem and jewellery industry at the forthcoming Jewellery Arabia, which is slated from 22 to 26 November 2016 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre. The India Pavilion, situated in Hall 2 of the Convention Centre, will have 50 leading companies, spread over 750 square, says a Press note from the Council.
The Indian exhibitors are geared up to showcase exquisite craftsmanship and jewellery collections comprising of high-end diamond jewellery and fine jewellery.
Praveenshankar Pandya, Chairman, GJEPC said, “Middle East has emerged as one of the key leading markets accounting for $12.4 billion in 2015. The Indian manufactures have an advantage that jewellery preference and design sensibilities of Middle East is very similar to that of India, and one could see, over the years, there has been a substantial demand for Indian designed products. Jewellery Arabia gives us the perfect opportunity to further improve our trade with the region”.
