E-commerce company Gold24.in plans expansion in India

An e-commerce company based in Ukraine and Russia is all set for its big expansion in India. It aims to be an ultimate online shopping experience for customers who are jewellery and watch lovers. Wholly dedicated to jewellery and watches, Gold24.in will provide a myriad of options to its customers on one single platform, says a statement from PR Newswire.
The company came into existence in Ukraine in the year 2009 and later, went on to establish itself in Russia in 2014. This year in March, Gold24.in launched in India. The online jewellery and watch store has been launched pan India and have also come up with a hybrid model of stores and kiosks in various parts of Mumbai. Plans are afoot to also expand in different parts of India.
The CEO of Gold24 Jewellery Private Ltd., Konstantin Bigus said, "The concept of Gold24.in megastore for branded jewellery came into the picture just a few years ago and we plan to take the whole experience one step further. Apart from the online platform, we have a standalone store in Mumbai and we are coming up with different offline concepts in different parts of the city. We know that jewellery is an important part of Indian culture and keeping that in mind, we have incorporated quality products like precious jewellery, gold ornaments as well as luxury and gold watches in Gold24.in megastore. Besides the pocket-friendly options, we bring together a whole line-up of jewellery and watches at different prices from local as well as international brands, keeping in mind all types of customers."
Talking about the future plans Bigus said, "We are getting in touch with new companies and new vendors so that our customers have more and more options, and once we have successfully established our brand, we are planning to open up franchise stores as well and launch an app customized for Indian consumers."
