The Dubai Diamond Exchange (DDE) - a DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) platform - has announced that former UK Prime Minister, Mr. David Cameron is to speak at the two-day Dubai Diamond Conference 2017 (DDC) under the theme 'Destination Next – Shaping the future of an interconnected marketplace’.
Cameron, currently also on the global board of advisers for the Council on Foreign Relations, will address international leaders of the diamond industry ranging from African Ministers of Mines to traders, financiers and world-renowned jewellers.
The conference will be held on October 16-17; it brings together international leaders of the diamond industry. It connects companies and governments in producing and consuming countries to build relationships and highlight the pivotal role that Dubai plays in the global diamond trade.
The two-day programme will enable discussions and debate with a focus on stimulating innovation and growth to shape a sustainable future of trade for all.
