At a meeting of the International Diamond Manufacturers Association (IDMA) held today, IDMA Vice President, IsDMA President and Chairman of the Israel Diamond Institute Group Moti Ganz was unanimously elected President of IDMA, Israelidiamond.Co.Il reports.

DTC - MAHIAR BORHANJOO - DIRECTOR
The Diamond Trading Company (DTC) has appointed Mahiar Borhanjoo as DTC Executive Director, Sales and Client Services with effect from Monday May 19. Borhanjoo does not have a diamond background, Idex reports.
According to Managing Director Varda Shine, Borhanjoo has a proven track record in client relations and customer service and in developing and streamlining key systems and processes to improve customer satisfaction.
Borhanjoo joins the DTC from Etelcare Global Solutions in Los Angeles, a global provider of Business Process Outsourcing, where he held positions of Director of Client Relations and Programme Management and, most recently, Vice President, Financial Services and Customer Care. 

TIFFANY - DUBLIN - BOUTIQUE 
Tiffany & Co. plans to open a boutique in Dublin, Ireland, in fall 2008, the jeweler announced.
The approximately 120-square-meter boutique will be situated on the newly refurbished ground floor of Brown Thomas on the city’s main shopping thoroughfare on Grafton Street, Rapaport reports.
