Diamond Fields International Ltd. (DFI) is a marine diamond producer with a superior portfolio of mineral exploration properties in several areas of the world. Diamond Fields corporate strategy is to maximize cash flow from its Namibian marine diamond concessions and systematically explore and develop its international mineral exploration projects. 

DFI’s Projects 

Namibia
DFI operates at marine diamond concessions. Independent estimate of the project is 1.1 million carats resource. By the end of 2007 a total of 158,200 carats were recovered, 95% being gem quality, inclidign some special large stones.
Following successful exploration in late 2006 under a joint operations agreement with Bonaparte Diamond Mines NL ("Bonaparte"), which resulted in an independently estimated Indicated resource of 63,000 carats covering 315,000m2 of ML111, mining agreements were concluded between DFI and Bonaparte and production has continued in these resource areas since January 2007.
All of the company's diamond production is sold by open tender in Antwerp under an exclusive marketing agreement with Diamond tenders (Belgium) NV.

Liberia 
In July 2004, the Company entered into an option agreement with Ducor Minerals Inc. pursuant to which it may earn a 70% interest in Ducor's rights under two Mineral Exploration Agreements between Ducor and the Republic of Liberia (the Gbapolu (Grand York) and Grand Gedeh Properties), covering a total area of 1813.72 km2, which are prospective for diamonds and gold. 

Madagascar
On May 9, 2007, the Company announced that it had exercised its option to acquire the rights to the Valozoro nickel property in Madagascar and now owns 100% of these exploration rights which are valid until May 2011. 

Zambia
In July 2007 DFI entered into a joint venture agreement with Lion Fields Limited (Lion Fields) for mineral exploration in a highly prospective area in western Zambia. Lion Fields has been granted the exclusive right to conduct exploration work for copper, gold, silver, zinc, lead and germanium over a 444 km2 property in the Solwezi district of western Zambia.
