Roman Golikov holds the position of the General Director of ZAO Uralalmaz.

Roman Golikov was born in 1960 in Moscow. His father is Vice-President of Tverdosplav Production Association, and his mother is Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Advanced Training of the Iron and Steel Industry Top Executives of Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys.
In 1994 Roman Golikov graduated from the Faculty of Metallurgy of Nonferrous Metals and Gold of Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys.
In 1993 Rjman Golikov joined Moscow Jeweller Factory starting as junior manager, and in a year and a half he was promoted to the Deputy General Director.
In 1996 moved to Perm to assume the function of the General Director of Kama-Crystal.
Since early 2008 Roman Golikov has been General Director of ZAO Uralmalmaz incorporated by Ruis Group Holding.
