Gennady Alexeyev was born on February 1, 1957 in the Village of Zarya of the Sorokin District in the Altai Region. In 1981 he graduated from the Moscow Mining Institute, majoring in Strip Mining Technology and Complex Mechanization. In 1999 he completed his study at the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation majoring in Market Management. Doctor of Engineering.

1981 – 1989 – overman, deputy chief, minefield chief, deputy chief engineer at the Neryungrinsky Open-Pit Mine of the Yakutugol Production Association.
In 1989 for some time worked as chief engineer of the Pavlovsky-2 Open-Pit Mine of the Primorskugol Production Association.
1989 – 1990 – shift man, deputy chief of the Materials Department at the Neryungrinsky Open-Pit Mine of Yakutugol.
1990 – 1997 – production deputy director, head of Department for Operational and Supervisory Control over Production in the Administration of GUP Yakutugol.

Alexander Akhpolov
Alexander Akhpolov is a member of the Supervisory Board of ALROSA.
Alexander Akhpolov was born on May 29, 1956 in the Town of Ardon in the Ardonsky Region of the North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
In 1983 he graduated from the Leningrad State University named after А. А. Zhdanov, majoring in Political Economy.
Professional experience:
Has started his professional life in 1973-1974 as a turner apprentice at the Ardon Repair and Engineering Works, then served in the Army.
For the last ten years he held positions of the Head of the Russian Federation Tax Ministry Department for the Republic of North Ossetia – Alanya (1999-2001), Head of Department – Member of the Board of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation (2001-2004), Deputy Chief of the Federal Service for Financial and Budgetary Supervision (2004).
Since 2004 to the present day he has been the Director of the Administrative Department of the Russian Federation Ministry of Finance.
Fyodor Andreev
Fyodor Andreev has taken up his duties as President of AK ALROSA in 2009 having replaced Sergey Vybornov.
Fyodor Andreev was born on August 16, 1966 in the City of Voronezh.
He is the graduate of the Leningrad State University specialized in Political Economy.
In 1989-1991 he worked as Economist and then Lead Economist with the Financing and Crediting Department of the Tver Commercial Bank.
In 1991-1992 Fyodor Andreev occupied the position of Lead Economist and Chief Economist with the Department of Marketing and Development of Tverkommertsia Ltd, a Tver-based commercial trade and industrial company.
In 1992-1996 he worked as Economist of the Stock Department, Senior Economist of the Securities Department, Chief of Liabilities Management Section and Director of the Saint Petersburg Branch of Tveruniversalbank.
1997-1999 - Deputy Chairman of the Board of AOOT KB BaltOneximBank.
1999-2001 - Chairman of the Board of OAO (KB) BaltOneximBank.
2002-2003 – as First Vice President of AK ALROSA he supervised the company’s financial and economic matters.
2003-2005 – Vice President of OAO RZD.
2005-2009 – as Senior Vice President of OAO RZD he was responsible for the company’s economic and financial policy.

Sergey Barsukov
Sergey Barsukov is a member of the Supervisory Board of ALROSA, Director, Financial Policy Department, Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation
Sergey Barsukov was born on September 2, 1971 in Kalinin.
In 1993 he graduated from the Mozhaisk Military Space Engineering Academy with a Diploma in Mathematical Support for Computer-Aided Data Collection and Processing Systems, and is a graduate from the Saint-Petersburg State University with a Diploma in Public and Regional Administration (2005).

Yegor Borisov
Yegor Borisov is a member of the Supervisory Board of ALROSA and holds the position of the Chairman of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Government.
Yegor Borisov was born on August 15, 1954 in the Village of Churapcha of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. In 1979, he graduated from the Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute as a mechanical engineer and later was conferred the degree of Doctor of Economics.

Ivan Demyanov is a member of the Supervisory Board of ALROSA.
Ivan Demyanov was born on June 5, 1942 in the Village of Ilovka of the Alexeevsky District in the Belgorod Region. In 1982, he graduated from the Khabarovsk Higher Party School.

Sergey Dubinin is a member of the Supervisory Board of ALROSA.
Sergey Dubinin was born on December 10, 1950 in Moscow. In 1973, he graduated from the Moscow Sate University named after M.V. Lomonosov majoring as an economist and teacher of political economy and in 1990 was conferred the academic degree of Doctor of Economics; he also holds the position of professor.

She is a graduate of the Irkutsk Energy Construction Technical School with a Diploma of a Building Technology Engineer (1985), and of the Academy of Labor and Social Relations in Yakutsk with a Diploma of an Economist (2005).

Victor Yefimov was born on January 18, 1956 in the Village of Druzhina of the Abyisky District in the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
